Today in this topic we will talk about India’s World Heritage Site. UNESCO (United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural Organization) was founded on 16 November 1945, in Rose London. Its function is to promote international peace through education, nature and social science, culture and communication. UNESCO mainly conducts its activities through education, natural science, social and anthropology, culture and information and communication.
It sponsors literacy-raising programs and also supports the preservation of buildings and parks of global heritage. The UNESCO heritage list includes many historical buildings and parks in our country.
